KamNET Computer Services delivers all orders via insured courier shipments. Orders normally ship within
one (1) to three (3) business days of payment confirmation. Our couriers make at least 2 delivery attempts, on consecutive business days,
which provides you with the convenience of knowing exactly when your order will arrive at your doorstep.
Shipping charges will be calculated at checkout and are
determined based on gross order weight.
IMPORTANT: The customer is responsible for all border crossing charges, such as duties,
when requesting delivery outside of Canada (this applies to new orders as well as RMA related shipments).
KamNET Computer Services will advise our customers via the email submitted, of payment
confirmation, and once shipping is confirmed, the assigned courier's tracking number.
For your convenience, we accept
returns for warranty work by mail. KamNET Computer Services will accept warranty claims on defective or DOA (Dead On Arrival) items within 30 calendar days of the original purchase date. Defects uncovered/occuring after this time frame, are covered by the manufacturer's warranty ONLY and you must contact the manufacturer directly to arrange for warranty work. Please use our contact form
to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. It will take approximately 2 business days before an RMA is
issued to you. Your RMA number is valid for 14 days. Simply return the product in the same condition as when you purchased
it, with all manuals, accessories, and the original invoice.
IMPORTANT: Packages returned without an
RMA number will be refused.
All products must be returned in their original purchase condition, with the original
packing material, blank warranty cards, manuals and any other item or accessory provided by the manufacturer.
Postage, insurance, travel, or other shipping costs incurred in presenting your KamNET Computer Services product for warranty service are the customer's responsibility.
Once
verified that the product is defective, KamNET Computer Services will arrange for service work to be completed by the manufacturer
or their local authorised repair facility.
If a claimed defect cannot be identified or reproduced in service, the customer will be responsible for return shipping costs, and a rate of $50 per hour, for each hour or part there of, for diagnostic work completed. |
